If you recall, there seemed to be some agreement in place that 505 Games could port the game to Windows, but it needed to stay away from competitor consoles.

There’s still no sign of Death Stranding coming to Xbox or Xbox players being able to stream it from the GeForce Now app on console. Death Stranding Director’s Cut will have all of these and more, with improved graphics appearing thanks to Intel’s Xe Super Sampling.

They’ve seen new missions, weapons, boss battles, and more in the science fiction exploration game. PS5 players have already had a taste of some of the new content. Indications are that we’ll see the upgraded game as soon as March 30th, 2022. Remember how long we waited for Death Stranding to appear on PC and PS4, which then carried over to the PS5? Well, it’s been two years since the glorified walking simulator finally launched and the Director’s Cut for PC is almost ready.
